You rent your own place:

A Postal address

A postal address is needed to arrange a lot of official things

If you stay with a host or shelter:

  • Sometimes it is not possible to use this as an official postal address.

In this case, you can get a postal address at https://www.pripost.eu/en/free-ukraine/

  • A refugee information center has been opened at RAI, where all Ukrainian refugees can come and register at a postal address of the municipality, in case they do not have any long-term accommodation yet. You will have to fill out an application form (in English or Dutch) and as a result, in two weeks' time, you will receive your BSN number and a postal address. In case you need help, please feel free to ask your hosting family or any other person you know living in the Netherlands.
